The 2019 ISPA Conference & Expo is headed back to Las Vegas between 11 and 13 September 2019.

To kick things off, best-selling author and top TED Talk speaker Susan Cain will take the General Session stage on 11 September. Cain is a best-selling author and TED Talk speaker who explains how people dramatically undervalue introverts and what is lost by doing so. Additionally, she argues that introverts bring extraordinary talents and abilities to the world and should be encouraged and celebrated.
On 12 September, ISPA is excited to welcome Marcus Buckingham back as the keynote speaker. He is a leading authority and best-selling author on employee productivity and best practices of leadership and management. He plans to provide attendees with insights on how they can harness and apply unique employee strengths and how those strengths can translate into long-term success for their organizations.
Last but not least, Mick Ebeling will take the stage as the closing keynote on 13 September. Ebeling has sparked a movement of pragmatic, inspirational innovation. While pushing the bar on innovation, he also shares the emotionally resonating story of doing so. These narratives of overcoming seemingly impossible odds have inspired people across the world and is sure to do the same at #ISPA2019.
